These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, Headshots.cam, and associated websites (collectively, the “Service”).

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Agreements.

By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive materials and information we may send. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled by you or HeadshotAI. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or the respective payment platform.
A valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required to process Subscription payments. You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method details. By submitting this information, you authorize HeadshotAI to charge all Subscription fees to the provided payment method.
If automatic billing fails, HeadshotAI will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually make the payment by a specified deadline.
HeadshotAI may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”). You may need to enter billing information to sign up for a Free Trial.
If you provide billing information, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. Unless you cancel your Subscription before the Free Trial ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the selected plan.
HeadshotAI reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.
HeadshotAI may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of fee changes, allowing you to terminate your Subscription before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee.

HeadshotAI may also make exceptions to these refund terms for specific Purchases or Subscriptions, as communicated through the Service or on our website.
You may provide input to the Service (“Input”) and receive output based on that Input (“Output”), collectively referred to as “Content.” You are responsible for ensuring that your Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide Input to our Service.
As between you and HeadshotAI, you retain ownership of your Input and own the Output. HeadshotAI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in the Output.

Content may be used to improve the machine learning models that enhance the Service and may be stored and processed separately for this purpose. While your data will be treated and deleted in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, HeadshotAI retains indefinite rights to the implied learning gained by its machine models.
Content provided by HeadshotAI remains its property. You may use, distribute, modify, or copy this Content for any legal purpose, provided you comply with these Terms. Your rights over this Content are neither exclusive nor exhaustive.
HeadshotAI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit user-provided Content.

If liability is found, it will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100. No consequential or punitive damages will be awarded.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
